Avg drop rate or bad luck?

My team has been farming Salvage Nm's for about 2 months straight 5 days a week rotating through the 4 zones and only seen 4 35's drop so far (2 on same day) is this about avg? or are we just having bad luck? (and yes we got th4.. though it doesn't seem to matter)
