I've never encountered anything with yin and yang having to do with good and evil, and hope and despair. I'm pretty sure that's a western interpretation from translations of texts dealing with yin and yang :< Will these even be used? I am thinking they have some nice additional effect to make them have some use.
lol, yea when I made the post google chrome wanted to translate the whole page >.>;

Will likely be an imbalanced mixture of useful and ***as usual. At least they look pretty. Nobody here actually uses Ageha for the def-? I do, and I have Masamune... lol

Anywho, new dagger WS -looks- fun. fun and useful are 2 different things. i doubt it can replace evis... looks like a 2 hit ws. like a dagger savage blade

You serve to lose far too much, and those around you serve to gain very little. Fenrir.Minjo said: » Odin.Eikechi said: » Nobody here actually uses Ageha for the def-? You serve to lose far too much, and those around you serve to gain very little. I mostly *** around with it, for fun, but I see it serving the same purpose as a starting Angon if you don't have a drg... What's so bad about that for 1 WS on a job that gets TP like no other... 27% DEF down for for two~three minutes for your alliance vs. losing one Tachi: Fudo. I know you don't truly believe that that is not worth it.
I'm not in a position to say there's anything definitively wrong with using it, but given the nature of SAM-friendly content(voidwatch), I don't see it as much of a benefit in the long run. You'll have a limited number of melee on anything at any given time, diminishing its return. Everyone meleeing will be in a mostly perpetual state of relatively high attack, diminishing its return. A large portion of your time spent actually dealing damage is in small spurts, at which point the amount sacrificed becomes proportionally more substantial.
And SAM's TP accumulation has no baring on whether or not its worthwhile. Opportunity cost doesn't work that way. Like I said, I'm only hypothesizing. I have no actual data to support this, its just an assumption based on observation. Unless their attack is capped, the returns of defense down are not diminished enough to warrant mentioning. The duration on the defense down is worth more than one blitz, and if lights are capped will be worth the rest of the fight. Giving up about 1000~1500 damage (ageha isn't that bad damage wise. on Kaggen, one of my test subjects for nailing down ageha's land rate and DEF down, it was doing 500-600) to give the monster a substantial defense decrease is a positive.
