Creepy Thread

I started reading the first paragraph of a slenderman story and, before I could get through half of it, my portable speaker/radio thing made that creepy noise that old TV sets make when a cell phone rings near them. This speaker has sat on all of my desks in various different configurations (usually with my phone right on top of it) literally nonstop since I got it last year, and has never made a sound I didn't play through it. It has also been off and unplugged all day.

I am now terrified of windows.
