Did anybody actually watch the video under the flash game? I did this morning and can't get it out of my head. Probably don't want to watch it if you don't have a strong stomach.
When that dog blinked after having it's skin ripped off it's face... making me sick just thinking of it.
It's terrible yeah, but how the *** does a video game advocate this.?
Not sure how you got the idea that I was agreeing with PETA that mario advocates animal violence.
Sorry I wasn't directing this at you. More in the line of how does Peta tie this in with a video game.

Human's anatomical equipment: teeth, jaws, and digestive system favors a fleshless/meatless diet.
Humans are clearly not designed to digest and ingest meat. We lack claws, for tearing apart flesh, as almost all meat-eating animals posses; as well as sharp teeth for puncturing flesh. Intestinal track is long as needed for digesting plant material. Well-developed salivary glands which are necessary to pre-digest fruits and grains.
If humans were meant to eat flesh, we wouldn't have so many crucial in/digestive similarities with animals that are herbivores?
Also, all omnivores and carnivorous animals eat their meat raw. We don't have the digestive system to indulge ourselves with raw meat as every carnivorous animal does?
There are still today, totally vegetarian, and near vegetarian cultures who have survived effortlessly on not eating animals. The love affair with meat is less than a hundred years old.

The love affair with meat is less than 100 years old? Better tell Jesus he wasn't feeding all those people fish.
We lack claws for tearing apart flesh because we have the ability and the intelligence to use tools in place of them.

What do you think our canines are for?
We evolved into efficient omnivores. Teeth in the front useful for breaking down things such as meat and rough substances and teeth meant for grinding in the back.

Not sure where you're getting your info from. People have been eating meat since the dawn of mankind..
As for raw meat, might wanna go visit japan. I heard they do some things with fish on rice there. Many people can and do eat raw meat, pretty sure most of the sicknesses that you can get from it are due to poor handling and storage, not from anything from the meat itself. Our stomachs are perfectly capable of digesting it. Yes, some raw meat can make you sick, especially if not prepared properly. For the most part people started cooking meat because it tastes better, and because cooked meat will keep longer than uncooked meat that's not frozen.
As for our teeth, humans are omnivores - ie they can eat meat and veg. They have teeth which can cut (incisors), pierce and tear (canines), chew (molars).
You wanna be a vegan, that's awesome. People, can eat, drink, *** whatever they want for the most part and I could care less. However, spreading such stupid misinformation makes you look like a total derp :/

Just because humans eat meat doesn't mean they need claws in order to be able to harvest and eat meat. Even around 1.8million years ago with the rise of Homo Erectus, we see proof that humans ate meat to survive. The reason humans didn't evolve claws is because we didn't need them. Hominids(including Homo Sapiens!) used tools to get the job done, so we didn't need to evolve hands such like that.

Teeth

Claws
Well you see we have this thing. It is called a knife. It cuts ***up, perhaps you have heard of one?
As for "the love affair with meat is less than a hundred years old" statement. . . really? gtfo
man-kind has been eating meat ever since homo sapiens first came to existence, going even farther back in history, homo erectus, neaderthals, and australopithecus (just a few examples) all ate meat as a regular part of their diet.
as far as raw food goes i like my meat cooked personally and my dog doesnt mind it either, however if i go eat sushi raw tuna and whatnot is pretty delicious
also as for diets, check out this one
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inuit_diet
the Inuits have been around since 1000 AD, so it cant be that bad of a diet
now are you really this stupid or are you just trolling?

We lack them because we learn how to cook our food so we lost for most of our teeth or they became small and no longer need them for tearing apart flesh which is one of the reason we had Wisdom teeth most people don't even grow them anymore want to know why? Because we no longer need them due to the fact that we cook and made tools.

I've heard most of that before from other vegetarians.
It's basically vegetarian propaganda to get people to not eat meat.
BTW that scene in Scott Pilgrim with the vegan, best stuff ever. It's so accurate how vegans think they are better than everyone. I'm sure there are some non preachy ones, but I've never met them.
Oh I once met this guy who wouldn't date anyone who ate meat.

A human life is greater than an animal life simply because a human can offer more to the world than an animal can ever hope to.
All animals know to do is act on their instinct, eat, sleep, mate blah blah blah.
As for PETA, I have never taken them seriously and I never will.
hmm now this bit i dunno about seems theres more and more humans that dont offer anything to the world and are nothing but a drain on it.(just look at the government , sorry had say it...)

My thoughts exactly.
I'm not even sure where to begin with that.
So like in 1911 people didn't eat meat?
Hate to break it to you, but cavemen ate a lot more animal parts than we generally do now. They ate a lot the organs, eye balls, etc.
But since you're just sprouting propaganda and not doing ANY research whatsoever, there's really not much we can say or prove that you'll just ignore.
It's so easy for ignorant people to disregard fact. I should have known the level of intelligence in this post.
Edit: the FACT you mention Jesus; your argument is void. I don't think you understand what the word 'fact' means.
Do you even know what opposable thumbs are? They are why humans don't have claws, because we have what is called the precision grip which allows humans to use tools to perform the tasks that claws would do.
Also the teeth thing.
I feel as though I'm wasting my time now, because you will just ignore any facts and continue to spit out propaganda.
It's funny you disregard Jesus, but yet ignore evolution as well.

And the "ulterior" motives are? Sorry, you can't just believe what one butt hurt carnivore puts on the internet.
lol "one?" Do a search. Better yet, just read a page or two back in the thread.
And the correct terminology is "omnivore." Calling anyone who doesn't follow your pretentious ideals a "carnivore" is as dumb as when gay people call straight people "breeders." It's so generalizing and ignorant.
Vegan lifestyle is a pretty amazing choice, and I commend anyone who has the fortitude to adapt to such a lifestyle. But looking down your nose at others because of the difference of what you shove in your mouth is dickishly pretentious. No wonder people hate vegans.
Get off your high horse. All the veggies in the world won't make you live forever.

Gotta love this guy, demonising all of us meat eaters for inflicting such cruelty upon animals to satisfy our oh so selfish bellies. Well let me tell you buddy there is a LOT worse going on in the natural world.
Are you going to go and lecture a polar bear on why it should stick to berries instead of ripping the head off a cute helpless seal pup one mouthful at a time while it is still alive?

A few things to note...
We don't have the digestive system to handle alot of raw meats because we have been cooking our meat for generations upon generations. It's basicly a "use it or lose it thing", nature realized that we didn't need to process raw meats so it did away with the equipment. You can see this on a smaller scale, if you have cut out meat compleatly from your diet for a few years then go back to eating meat it will sometimes make you sick for a little while while your body gets used to processing it again. This isn't unique to meat either as the exact same thing can happen with fruit/veg if it's been cut out then brought back in.
Claws we don't need, we have fingers instead. They are basicly the #1 tool (The hand as a whole that is), allowing us to make and use other tools. Even robbed of tools such as a knife they are capable of removing meat from a carcass though you might need a bit of nail on them.
Someone else already did the teeth so I won't repost that.

So in a wat you could say we have evolved more away from the herbavore side to being more based on carnivore and designed for meat eating.
Also on side note most vegatarians tend to eat some form of animal product even if they dont know it or amit to it. Rhen the few hard core vegans that take it to extreme have to sublement their diets with various vitamins and nuitrients that their no meat/animal diet ends up lacking.

I've gone border-line vegetarian a few times to help cut some weight (was doing this to get cut and lean for the military). I really just stuck to poultry, Venison, eggs and fish and cut out beef/pork. Though honestly lamb is fine I hear but expensive. Plants and Fruit made up a majority of my diet though.
(I made this bad *** vegetarian chili though guys. Corn, Lentils, Golden Potatos Cut up, like 3 different kinds of beans, Some onion, tomato. Jesus christ it was good. I didn't feel guilty about pigging out either! But the sodium was probably hell. I mostly use ground turkey though, the beef is just too greasy imo)
Beans/Lentils are pretty damn filling but it's HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE to live like that all the time. Without having meat your body can't build muscle optimally. With the way mercury is contaminating more and more seafood it's not healthy to go on a seafood diet anymore either. (Google this but I believe some girl at tuna sandwiches every day and got mercury poisoning)
Also when it comes to vegans demonizing people, why is it acceptable to you for doing so? Isn't it no different then discriminating people based on say sexuality or other life styles in a way?
Also a nice tidbit I should share with those demonizing regular people like me.

I know what your thinking man! But dude this was the best chili I've ever made or tasted and you can eat tons and not feel fat! I think Beef would of made it taste better X10 but I couldn't complain lol. I had to weigh in at MEPS in a week.

Yeah Yeah Yeah.....
I'm actually cutting back myself (eating more chicken rather than beef) to try and lose weight myself. Need to drop about 25 lbs and I think cutting my beef and sugar is the best way.
Edit: I am craving chili now though.
