Tech Question: Extended Destop QQ

So here's my issue. I've been trying to get a Live Broadcast on Justin.tv of the game. This has been working fine, except that I was getting butthurt at the fact that I could only broadcast my entire desktop instead of one program (So people can see me tabbing out, browsing the web, porn, etc. Just kidding, no porn. Sorry if you wanted porn.). Ok, but besides this problem, there is another.

In the process of trying to get my screen capture to only broadcast one program, I got the bright idea to extend my desktop onto two monitors. I thought I was BRILLIANT. I could run the screencapture and the game on my large monitor, and run the website with the live chat on the other so that I could game and chat at the same time. I AM A GENIUS, I though.

So I extend the monitor after a lot of tardedness on my part, and I come to discover that when I try to use screencapture on an extended desktop that it completely wonks it up. So I go back in to revert my desktop to the same thing on both screens and I absolutely cannot figure out how tf to do it.



See the 1? See the 2? I need them to both say 1. And I need them to both be active.

I've tried unchecking the extended desktop box in a manner of ways and I still cannot get it to do what I want. I am currently using Vista. Yes, I know Vista sucks. Please feel free to discuss how Vista sucks. I didn't think I'd have to resort to putting this on a forum, but for once in my life I am severely lacking the usual tech-savvy friend/boyfriend. Any help, suggestions or walkthroughs would be fantastic. Thanks guys Q_Q

So you want your second monitor to be a copy of your main monitor? You can't do it from the generic windows box, you'll need to right click on your desktop and select the nVidia control panel and do it from there instead.
