Nah, my days of XI are over. I miss my characters and my server, but after abyssea was introduced, it killed the game for me.
or rather... the level cap raise killed it for me =/ I put my time in to get 75 way back before CoP even existed. I dont feel like grinding away for another 24 levels. Even if Ballad III makes me wet myself a little

No such thing as grinding with abyssea. Leveling is vastly too easy.

And as a bard yes ballad 3 is fun and like everyone said lol leveling. Abyssea makes it very easy if you wanted to come back.

The only accomplishment that was achieved back in the days was that people ended it up losing their hair, sleep, hair turning gray and eventually they ended switching to W.O.W and quitting the game. Honestly no real accomplishment back then at all just nothing but drama and non-stop shouts about how big my rod was.
Anyone who was around from the beginning and still around in this game knows the deal. The difference now is that we can all do what ever we want and not have picky *** people which they want a specific job in their 6 man party.

@Angelus - See, i enjoyed the game back then. I've played since NA-release. I just dont enjoy XI the way it is now, that's all. not bashing the way the game's gone, it's just no longer for me =] I simply wanted to come say hello to my old server, and see how the inhabitants are.

i always post about once a year checking up on bismarck and how the game's going. Normally there's a hint of returning, but i'm beyond my days of MMOs. no time to play them anymore. Mostly, i'm just bored and want to hear about the new updates to the game without reading through months and months of updates >_>;
