So tonight is Halloween and I bought some penis shaped lollipops to put in the children's bags, am I committing any crime?

It's a really bad idea, but the legality would depend on where you live.. It could fall under some obscenity law in some places.

If they were blue and rocketships or something, but strongly phallic shaped probably not. If you've got novelty penis shaped candy, then yes, it's probably illegal.
Give the kids regular candy and save the penispops for the parents ... although they would probably still find them in bad taste since you are doing it with kids around.
Best not to do it to avoid being charged or fined for some random obscure lewdness or obscenity/harassment law.

It might not only be illegal but if it is, they might make you register as a sex offender too if convicted of a crime. I wouldn't do it... Give them away at the hardrock where all the ppl trick or treating in costumes are all adults lol.

In the Uk no, in the USA probably. Still all you need is some little girls dad seeing her suck a *** to get your own *** removed from you, I would say not a good idea anywhere you'll most likely get your face or windows caved in.

Please explain to us how giving children candy penises to suck on is not sexual harrassment.
Also, if you played with OP on another server and know them, cool. Otherwise, what makes you think that he/she is in the US? Or are you just asserting that parents outside the US don't care whether or not kids have penises in their mouths?

Legality or not, it's still a really stupid thing to do.. All that said, I wouldn't call it sexual harassment. I'm not really sure what to call it. But I just feel the term sexual harassment is the wrong label for it. Could just be me though.

Ha yeah, ok, not sexual harassment. I took that as being meant as a general term, not specifically sexual harassment.
But anyway... I bet we can easily find out whether or not it's illegal - much more accurately than a bunch of random people guessing or trying to sort out semantics.

Bad taste, sure, but I don't think that we should continue to create a nanny state like that. Besides, I think it would be worse to forever be labeled as the creepy guy that no one talks to until he moves a few states away to lose his reputation then pay a stupid fine.
Besides, while being utterly stupid, I don't think someone should get sex offender status for this. It's only the adults and teenagers that would even see the sex stuff here.
