Not a Magian Trial weapon. Your level 71-72 WSNM weapon. Does tossing it erase the quest so you can start a different one? Do you still have to complete the one you tossed (can you even get another weapon)? Is there any way to cancel the quest?

To my knowledge you can just talk to the quest giver at any time to choose to cancel the quest. I don't think you need the weapon in question to cancel it.

EDIT: But given how easy they are to complete now with regain atmas and easy enemies and /SAM sub it's not a chore to complete them. For sure some of the more annoying ones, like Impulse Drive or Savage Blade might have many more steps to finishing them, but it shouldn't take long to do the WS part at least.

I dont think tossing it cancels the quest, try talking to the questgiver to see if you cancel it that way. That would be the only way I believe. If they don't cancel it, prolly have to complete the quest.

I don't think you can cancel WSNMs and I believe you can't take up a new one until the one your on is finished.

If you toss it, you lose all progress on it, and iirc, you have to talk to the person who started it to get a new one. I don't think you can cancel them and you definitely can not start a new one until you finish your current one.

I canceled my alt's Blade: Ku quest by just retalking to the dude again and he gives you the option to cancel, oddly enough you still have the weapon, I would just toss it though
