Eh, I'm stuck with a greedy corporate contract and the best they can do is give me a $100 comp for a new phone while they extend the contract another 2 years and suck my wallet dry some more.

Got me, I don't have a social life, so I never need a phone. Good thing too, cause I'm not stuck with contracts either.

My social life is pretty bleak, however I keep in touch via SMS more often than talking since using up minutes is *** expensive and I always found it rude to talk on the phone out loud in public places.

I'd like something that can take halfway decent pictures, hold and play some music and make texting easier. Preferably a QWERTY keyboard.

I'm leaning twords the Gravity cause it's smaller and has a cool name. Plus Samsungs are pretty easy to use and durable from previous experience.

I really don't need an expensive super phone when all I'm gonna do is text and occasionally call. I intend to get an iPod eventually for music and a Nikon CoolPix for decent photos in due time.

I'm not upset with my contract, just trying to decide on the upgrade phone to choose. I'm apart of this family plan I'm sharing with my folks and grandma and I just pay my part. It's a fairly good deal but the ball and chain attached to your leg for "X" amount of years makes it unappealing in the long run.

I'll do Pay-As-You-Go when the economy picks up and better jobs become more readily available.

I try and see things with a silver lining, and I realize it's gonna take at least 3-4 years for things to pick up on a noticeable scale but if I bail out of the contract that makes everyone else's deal null and void which would probably piss my folks off since I had to ditch independent living to support them along with myself.
