Crafting Subcraft Increase

Where is it? Wasnt it supposed to be this update? (According to the timeline they put out)

If you're talking about having a second craft to 100. I believe they put that on hold for now, because there are too many things that could change and affect. Also, they may not even allow it. It was just an idea they threw out there to see what people think of it etc.

At least this is what I got from the posts on the forums.
