New Linkshell Recruiting [Asura]

New event linkshell will be starting up soon. Still taking name suggestions! (I'm useless lol)

Asura server, obviously, run times aren't set in stone yet, these will be decided when i have the roster done to try and meet times that suit everyone well. The linkshell will be primarily running abyssea but i am wanting to expand into other events such as voidwatch. My general plan so far is that i will be getting my members wins and such to get them access to 3 atma and such. Will also be doing atma run for important atmas that people may lack. In short, i will be sorting my members out before i start building empyreans and such. Many will be curious about the empyrean list and as it stands i have no set list. I won't be running the linkshell on a points based system but it will be attendance based, you get out what you put in. People will be put higher up the list from being punctual and such.

I'm looking to keep the linkshell small for now. My reason for that is i don't want to "bite off more than i can chew". I want to make sure i can get everyone everything they want within a reasonable time space. If the linkshell takes off really well, i'll expand a little to prepare for events like Voidwatch. 8-12 members i think is good. That should take care of any absences during ls events. Atm we're at 5. Looking for people with key jobs such as all procs, healing magic, etc. Preferably people with multiple jobs for versatility. ALL I ASK IS YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO LISTEN.

I'm a pretty easy going guy, everyone's welcome. However i will hold the linkshell to a high level of respect, certain words will not be tolerated such as ***, etc. I will not tolerate slurs based on sexuality/gender. I'm sick of the amount of shite women are getting at the moment and that will not be tolerated. Whether said jokily or not. I couldn't care less. Excessive swearing will also result in a warning and eventually being kicked. However swearing itself is perfectly fine, i'm not gunna start being hypocritical... Basically, i want everyone to respect each other and have a pleasant time.

I haven't found many, if any, who run GMT times.

Otherwise i wouldn't be trying to make one.

I don't see a lot of GMT Linkshells on Asura.

I see far too many.

Thanks, hopefully it will be, just haven't found enough people yet. And in regards to the "*Abyssea onry*" type ***, the OP does say i plan on taking the linkshell in other directions such as Voidwatch and whatever else the future may bring.
