Back For 1 Month Advice

The Halloween quest gives a polearm that everyone can use i think ... right? so this is the reason that I'll be coming back this year. However, I'll only be on for this month, and probably again after Jan.

I will obviously 95 my 90 jobs and merit them accordingly. After that I have a few questions... My questions are;
1. since the level cap is increased, would it benifit me to seek out the new rare/ex gear asap
2. Finish my missions (last 4 windy rank/ToAU/WotG)
3. Complete aby gear/quests for aby awesomness,
4. Something different all together.

Well a friend of mine just mailed me with a good option... finish my last 50 hearts for 90 calad and then start w/e the next addition is.
