Well, all tp is truncated to 1 decimal point rounded down. So if you would 'technically' get 11.57, the game would give you 11.5. Which... Would mean 11 on one swing, then '12' on another to hit the 23 total. Or 11.4 would give, 11, 11, 12 because it always rounds down until it goes over the decimal point.
