You don't have to clear Captain's room for 3 blue chests.
for x3 blue chests at the end all you have to do is:
1) pop all blue lights
2) kill/despawn all mobs behind locked doors
3) open 6 chests in map 1~2 before batraal

How can you differentiate between 1 and 2?
after you've popped all doors, wont those mobs despawn when you get to the next checkpoint?

might be just for the sake of opening the doors. could probably just open it and leave for the next checkpoint disregarding the mobs inside? just a guess.

the very first room that is locked by the first magitek portal has to be cleared manually for the x4 chest at batraal. this is because it is it's own area and doesn't have magitek portals to despawn them. the NEXT locked room has portals to despawn the mobs, and it is in a separate area. no need to clear that room, just despawn the mobs.

Good to know, didnt realize that first room doesnt despawn.
We must miss something since no1 seem to be able to find bow and sword yet.

like 99% sure the fifth chest is something to do with laterns in captains chamber duno wut to do with them tho
Try trading deaspected crystal or dark matter to the lanterns to light them
or could be another drop from mobs in the raid but i bet thats what it is the lanterns do give clues
You cant open the trade menu with them. Also cannot use either item.
We also tried getting the mages in the room to nuke us by them since it says its picking up latent Aetheric energy in the air or something to that effect. That didnt work either.

we keep just gettin 4 chest no idea wut to do with these lights in chambers if thats even the fifth chest at all. its pretty lame that the chest missin is the one with sword and bow D=

you clearly need to "/em Worships Yoshi-P as their god and saviour" to find the secret room, that is packed full of treasure.

Anyone try killing a percentage/all the mobs manually instead of just despawning them? Very hard to do and still have time for Batraal but just a thought.
Edit: 14 has proven that it's usually simpler then not. Lanterns in Cpt. Quarters is good idea, but maybe just there for show.

Supposedly have to beat it in 25 min. Video at the end isnt concrete in how it actually pops the final chest but it shows it.

More people in the thread said it was a 25 minute time requirement, and it took them like 4 posts to give it up.
Damn, how do people get this done with 25 mins remaining? Even if we get to ogre with like 45 mins~ remaining (which is like all out hauling *** and not screwing around with mobs we don't have to) by the time we get to Batraal we have like 20 mins left, if we're lucky.
