I sometimes wish memes came with an enforced (preferably via violence) expiration date. Far to many people overusing some frigging ancient memes and I even run into it offline now.

as much as i like to agree with op for the use over and over again i think that the reuse of those memes lead to remixes and other variations.
As for the message itself it's mostly the same but it varies and creates its own meme-group within a meme-group.
and to be honest as long as we not only answer a opening post with "*** or gtfo" or something similar we are good to go with memes.
