I had an Ebisu ~ I was 1/70ish on Opal and 1/350ish for Saber

I think most of the horror stories are exaggerations

Stick figure poses could be a good base to use as it wouldn't limit where people could go with it in regards to style and such.
A blank head could be good too. Like, maybe have hair and ears all done ready and have entrants fill in the face.
