same but it was only against heavys so i assume they have too much hp

In many FPSs, headshots do not always mean "one hit K.O", just does more damage. Even in games like Call of Duty - a weak gun like a pistol won't kill someone in one shot in the head.

Without checking the Wiki... A fully charged headshot will kill anything bar a fully overhealed heavy iirc.
Or a fellow sniper with a croc kit. I know my hat prevents headshots from killing me on sniper, but i also wear the full set. So maybe full set = no headshot death to me.

If I see a jackass with it on I just full charge or full draw into his chest. Snipers are wet paper bags so they aren't hard to kill.
