I agree with Ina, its very possible to fall in love with more than one person at a time. There are so many different types of people out there, that somebody, somewhere can draw your attention at any given time.. Love at first sight does exist...

Indeed, love is a developed emotion rather than one that appears instantaneously. Which is why I have always found the term "love at first sight" to be total *** Hollywood fabrication.
Perhaps I'm being cynical, but frankly I find it to be simply realistic.

Art, how old are you? I thought I backread that you talking about wanting to get snipped, but needed to talk to a shrink first because you're "too young".... So, plz (and I'm REALLY not tryin to be a d***, though this is gonna come off a lil harsh) tell me what you know of "love"? How can you have that much experience with it if you're that young? To me, thats like a 20 yr old trying to give a speech about retirement plans... Again, sorry to sound like a douche, but I'm wondering where you're coming from here.

A 15 years old is able to love with the same intensity of an adult. Maybe even more driven by teenage mayhem. Just cause someone doesn't have the same amount of experience that another one have, doesn't necessarily mean he knows nothing about it.

Just saying, I think Art is no longer a teen anyway.

I'm not saying you couldn't meet someone and instantly feel an attraction to them that would cause you to want a relationship with them... just that is more of a lust thing the love, it won't become actual love untill you actually know more about them and have spent time with them. I remember someone I liked who I didn't know very well, thought they were someone I loved at first but after I got to know them a bit all i could think was "What an utter B---h.". When looking back on a sucessful relationship that there was that immediate attraction most would call it love at first sight though.

As for seeing a shrink before getting snipped I'm pritty sure anytime before mid 30s-40s they will make you do it if you don't already have kids.

Depends on how you go about defining your vision of love.

I personally find love coming from a form of knowledge with being with someone. Trust, is something you gain with being with someone for some time, being comfortable with someone when in a "comfort zone". Meaning you are comfortable being around the person at their worst or vulnerable times and vice versa. You're willing to make compromises with this person and vice versa when you probably wouldnt have with someone else. You both are/have endured hardships together and pulled through or willing to. And with years in a relationship when you or your partner start changing in appearance and they still admire your look and vice versa. For me, these things are a higher level of love, one that keeps a strong relationship going(and sex everyday or 75% of the year~).

I dont see a 15 year being able to experience anything in that, which is probably why people would say "what do you know about love, you're too young, not enough experience" etc.

That doesnt mean they cant show love or express love or know what love is or can be, I just dont feel they have achieved the higher levels of love yet. Likewise, that does not imply that any older person has aswell~

I watched Transformers last night. This is one of the autobots in the movie:



When you see it you'll ***bricks.

Outside of Optimus Prime, I thought all the transformers in Bay's movies were way too over-designed and mechanically busy. Like they have all these gears and do-dads that do nothing but spin for the sake of spinning.

It's really hard to hate this movie. It's visually so impressive.. and I feel like most critics never grew up watching transformer cartoons. And the story isn't as badly done as the previous films. I admit, I was smitten. Especially when Optimus started tearing ***up with his samurai sword.

If there is one thing Michael Bay can deliver, it's one hell of an explosion.

My main problem with the films in general, was just that Bay obviously has no love for the franchise. He focuses just as much, if not more, attention on the douchebag RealDoll couple and the United States Military hardware, rather than the film's namesake.


And for those who think this is derailing, I don't know about you, but Giant Spacerobots that blow ***up would definitely be my kind of Guy/Girl.

That's a good point and I actually agree, however children dont care about plot or the character intereaction or the pumped up overloaded visuals (in fact they like that). I'm sure a large majority or people who see it are 21 and under so it's a good sales ploy with all the lights and whistles and ***to get kids interested and into the movie.

It's possible, but not very common because teenagers are just too *** weird.

It's not the same type or love, or even mature love.

No, it isn't, because it really isn't preferred among teenagers.
