I guess I missed that one. It makes more sense now that you say the sphincter is in the intestines now. I was expecting some master-chef delicately carving a sheep anus to extract the sphincter alone, and intact.

I remember watching Foodnetwork and they had a race challenge with 2 chefs versus these two chefs from the network. Longstory short, one of the "challenges" was to visit this Korean (I think.) restuarant and eat live octopus/squid. They chopped the tenticles into pieces literaly seconds after they sat down and had to eat I think 8 tentacles asap. Was fk'n disgusting.
I'm ok with fish sushi but I draw the line with anything that doesn't have a fin.

Octopus and squid are actually some of the better-tasting options, and I'm totally not a seafood person.
I have had really bad squid though, I would liken it to eating a zit on rice.
