Should I bother leaving Qufim? If so, where and when?

Sure any Fields spot will do. Just thought I'd ask. Level 32 going to 45.

Depends how easy you want it. Qufim 32-40 beau 40-45 for easy route. Just my 2 cents worth vacuuming a bunch of ep's with the new xp and spamming pages as fast as humanly possible is faster than the old style chains.
