Neo-Dyna-Beauc Strategy

So last night me and some LS mates went out to get this win for a couple others and our mules. We went about getting all the TE first and then proceeding to fight lottery NMs for Zone Boss pop. Once we got the pop item we head on over to Fei'yin and buff up etc. Problem is once our puller got of the the area he was no longer able to engage in combat. Is there any new Strategy to do this with 6 people or just let that person die and not come back to combat with us for the NM fight?

You can have a mage with speed enhancment -ga them and kite in a large circle they will start to get a red warning message if the go to far, and they can start to tighten their laps if that happens. Boss should die quickly enough. It is still as weak as ever
