how does fully merited haste samba count in the haste calkulation . thats another 10% , magic haste or delay- ?

It's counted as job ability haste like Hasso or Desperate Blows.

Job Ability, same as Hasso/Desperate Blows.

Reduces delay WITHOUT reducing TP/hit but also doesn't reduce magic recast timers.
