Initially the answer would be 25% if all answers were different. But since two of the answers are the same it becomes 50%. However since the answer changes to 50%, it is no longer 50% since 50% is only listed once.

Since it contains four answers the obvious choice is 25%, but since there are two answers containing the choice 25% that would make it 50%. However since 50% would then be the correct answer that would drop it back down to 25%, which would then somehow put it into a never ending cycle of being between 25% and 50%... I could be wrong on that...

#2 25% is wrong anyway

However, the second you come to the conclusion that the answer is 25% the answer jumps back up to 50% because you have a 50% chance of choosing 25%. :/
