Depends on what you mean by first, I know there was one (which I wasn't around for) before the last incarnation.. The last one was killed because it was filled with 'naughty pics' that either the mods didn't want to go through, or the admins didn't want to place that work load on the mods.. (I even volunteered to go through every page and clean it myself).
Either way, it was deemed too much work to sort through and was locked.

Ask Krizz, not me. He's probably the most active mod here, and he'd likely have to be the one to hold everyone's hand as they crossed from relatively normal hot chicks to borderline porn pics.

People typically don't know where to draw the line with 'hot chick' threads, and all the previous ones have either been locked or deleted.

Yes, and I wouldn't call it a long run. I do not recommend attempting it.
