April Fools!!!

Anyone think all these updates in "Early April" may just be the best FFXI April fools day gag ever? Ive thought of it, and it would be hilarious. wonder how many people would be pissed off.

When I was about 17 years old I called my mom and played it like I was about to cry, telling her to sit down

and say "I'm sorry, I have something to say, please dont get mad at me"
Of course my mom gets frantic and says "What? what is it? whats wrong?"
and me "I ummmm I got pregnant.." and my mom "WHAT!? HOW? WHAT? Omg how can you be so stupid? cries"
and me ready to bust out laughing "I have something else to tell you..."
mom says "what?" crying
Me "Well...APRIL FOOLS!!!"

My mom" You're a *** you know that! lol stupid I really thought you were."

so my mom didnt get pissed but she got a lil annoyed by it lol.
And yes my mom does talk to you that way , even now lol

i just thought it would be funny to see people get annoyed because for the past couple of weeks we've been seeing all these new additions to the updates, i mean honestly i would laugh.

SE: "So like we're giving WHM all this cool new stuff. So they can start getting invites to burn parties ectect..."

SE: "April fools ***"

Sch and Rdm still own Whm in the exp party department, so that's still not likely unless the excuse "No other healers" comes up. c.c

That is a lot of nice additions for whm, although I have to agree with Miemo if SE were intending an April Fools joke they would most likely post the joke on April 1. Remember what they did a couple of years ago saying how they would no longer support FFXI with the coming of their new MMO.

would be funny if RMT sent spam tells saying they will no longer support final fantasy 11, and get everyone's hopes and bamm April Fools!

A better April fool would be to tell us they're removing whm all together, just claim theyre bored of the job.

Funny how everyone gets suspicious around this time of the year... I got the news I'm moving to my new house on [yes you guessed] April 1st, So... I haven't packed yet... I'm taking baby steps atm, I'm not liking the idea of putting all my stuff into a van on april fools day, watch them drive off, go to my new house and put the key in..

Oh look, it doesn't fit.. Go back to my old house, put my key in.. Oh look, it fits but wont turn.. And now some man in a van has my stuff T_T.

While S-E would obviously never do that, Sony did do that in Star Wars Galaxies. I never played personally, but friends of mine did waaaaay back in the day and I guess they logged in one day to a message saying something along the lines of "because these jobs can not be fixed, they are being removed completely". You pretty much logged in, and it said "Pick a new class"...exp didn't carry over, nothing...you started over COMPLETELY.

Main healing on Rdm was twice as easy than it was on Whm c.c Not sure about Sch, but AoE En-spells and buffs sounds sexier than...Cure V? v.v

Aparrently you've never main healed in a serious situation if you think RDM and SCH can outdo a WHM in non merit party situation.

lol I also think it's "too good to be true." Normally updates come in smaller increments, such as one or two spells at a time. If it's not a joke, then SE's either gotten really tired of us complaining, or something. We'll see. :)
