On a side note does it seem a bit sped up? Like should the kitty be bouncing that fast while in active mode?

Pussy should always bounce...wait - I misunderstood...

Without installing Adobe Premier, I can't tell if it's just sped up, but just looking at it, doesn't look like it is.

However, it appears she's running at the same speed with her weapon drawn as she is when she puts it away, which shouldn't happen.

please adding chocobo(airship) service before adding bard(mazurka).

It appears when the Miqo'te runs back that they are the knee high work boots with the straps across the back.

You are right about the running speed not changing as well.

Another problem I have with it (however it may just be that the animation isn't complete)... normally when you do an action or weapon skill or cast a spell the area around you goes dark. None of the back ground is getting dark or reacting to the spell.

It's an animation .dat swap.

They switched the chocobo song (whatever it may be) effect over to Quickstride, which is why their running speed increased.

edit: They even clarified which files they are in the comments.

Somebody needs to .dat swap in a Dempsey Roll for PUG.

There's a program someone's written that makes it really easy to swap files on the fly. If you can find it (the same website also distributes bots, so I probably can't post a link), here are a few animations I've found trying random things out.
