I agree 100% Anye, after i reported him to a GM for a racial slur he shouted in jueno he has been an angel in game, i guess since the forums have slightly more tolerance for the stuff he pulls, he feels its ok to act out on the forums.

I don't know of any people who just straight stick out in my head. A lot of really good players that I used to game with left when Seraph went poof. I will give shout out to JP player Punpuii, he's cool as hell.

i can give you a list of the 10 worst players, but its not so easy to come up with who i think is the best.....

I have the same problem. I think it has to do more with that truly good players don't leave a serious impression on our memory like someone who just can't get right. Everything runs smoothly, the mob gets popped, beaten and killed, drops are taken, and everyone goes on. But people who cause the wipe or the fight to carry on for a much greater length of time really stand out and make us /rage.

It's interesting how many people nominate (in seriousness) Bloodbathboy for (real; not "lol", like Kuroganashi) best player on Bismarck.
You might be surprised to learn who Bloodbathboy comes to when asking questions about FFXI gameplay.

Anyways, I won't disagree with his nomination. He seems like a genuinely kind, humble, and well-spoken guy. If he isn't, then he's designed and executed a *very* clever and intricate facade.

Kuroganashi was already nominated (several forum pages ago) and is in hot contention with Datruthuhate to win the Title.
Interestingly enough, BOTH of these players wield Kannagi now.

If you're referring to the last sentence of my most recent post ... it's pretty hard to *fully* accept *anyone* as being completely true and honest on FFXI and in internet forums, no matter how kind someone seems.
You'll notice (or perhaps you didn't?) that sentence started with the word "IF", which implies "I'm not sure".
I've only spoken to Bloodbathboy a few times in FFXI, and during those conversations he seemed kind, humble, and well-spoken (didn't I say that already?). However, a few quality conversations aren't enough to rule out the possibility that it's an extremely clever facade. Do I *think* it's a facade? No. But *could it be? Yeah, it could.
That's nothing to get your panties in a bunch about, I think.


To be frank, I'm not a jerk, but you're entitled to that opinion, if you wish. It would be just as easy for me to assume that you are "a jerk" because you could have "offended" me by writing "you come across as a jerk dude, for real". But, I don't assume that. Because it's pretty pointless to assume.

There is NO way that I "made" Bloodbathboy, and that is NOT what I was implying. He's only been on Bismarck for a month maybe?

Rather, I just thought all the Bloodbathboy fanclub members out there (many of whom I presume also are in the "I hate Elanabelle club") would be surprised to learn that he does, in fact, consider my opinions to be worthwhile. Unsolicited, he seeks my advice sometimes.
