Is there any place I can look online that will give me level by level skills and what they should be at.

Looked at Wiki only give info for 1, 37, 75 etc etc.

Main looking for Archery for RNG lvl by lvl.

Ranger skill rank A- if that help ^^

Ummm Wiki does have a skill per level guide. The link is right underneath that 1,37,75 chart. It doesn't include magic skills though so you just have to compare them to other weapons with the same letter rating.

That too. Though each jobs page has a more personal job specific skill per level guide.
