Ummm Help?

Today go to log in and... Pol Error: 5312

"The Square Enix ID, Password or one time password entered is incorrect."

I've never had this before, after maintenances I may get the usually pol error's but this actually worries me slightly.
Friends account logs in perfectly fine.

Is anyone else having this issue atm or?

*Edit, have checked the status of my account through my Se Account managment and it's still all good apparently.*

Maybe it's just that lol, I'd say give it another go.
I cant see you being hacked either since it was impossible with the servers being down.

EDIT: Can't english or read. Call POL in a couple hours.

I saw someone else had the same problem in another thread. Better hope your account didn't get "deleted" for whatever reason xD.

Odds are its probably just the congestion.

That would be me lol. I been trying for over an hr. Sent an email to SE but im thinking I may have to call..

SOLVED.

While the servers were down I linked my Ff account to my Se account. I needed to fill in my Se account details in my pol client.

It was trying to verify my account through that and as it was all blank fields :P

how did you do that?

Go into pol and click on your profile.

Then Settings.

Near the bottom it will say "Square Enix Id".

Type you're Id, the one you use to log into the Se website and you should be done ^^.

*Edit, Should also mention that from now on you will use the password you use to log into your Se account to log into Pol as well.*

Im on xbox tho so I dont see a profile when i log in :(
