Eh I suppose. It just seems like an odd twisted variation of them without any sense of authenticity. But alas, at least SE was kind enough to make a unique mob class for that instead of keeping them all malboro type.

Yeah, at least it has a more natural explanation to their existence in vana'diel rather than keeping them as a comical mascot which they've served as in every other FF. It'd be odd to see an old school cactuar in FFXI, just sayin.

I always wanted them to add iron giants then they did but not quite the way I liked I was thinking more beastmen type mobs with huge clanky armor like the trolls have and the rigth swords and use mighty guard like blue mages get in the past.
