Magicka looks like a fairly fun game with a couple friends. On a side note, Darksiders is 75% off for the weekend :O $10 is well worth the money for that game.

Magicka is fun albeit a little buggy. TF2 is good, Guild Wars is good. AC Brotherhood is also really fun online.

Steam is full of good online games, you can search through the tag co-op or multiplayer.

Oh and Dead Rising 2.

Only first person shooter I really enjoyed was Call of duty 4, when playing online with friends anyway, besides that it got boring for me.
