We had a similar thing in Australia, we did have Toonami too, but nowhere near as good as you guys had it, but we did have our morning show that we watched before school called Cheez TV. Had all the greats, DBZ, Zoids, even some classic oldies like TMNT. Pretty much everything Toonami had. I remember watching it in the morning, and then going to school, and EVERYBODY would talk about the shows in the morning, it was so great, the shows, the hosts, the competitions and prizes, the atmosphere, everything.

But like Toonami, this show has suffered the same fate, it is now flawed by stupid hosts, bad shows, even educational shows, that aren't really educational (T_T) , no more competitions or prizes, and even a stupid new name... Toasted TV... I really don't understand what goes through TV Studio's heads when they put junk on the TV, like it is now...

But I am confident in saying, if I have children, they're childhood is gonna be like mine... classic cartoons, classic anime, and they will grow up awesome... D:

the only cartoons i can watch now are
Spongebob (although after years and years it is finally getting old)
Adventure Time (There are some great episodes, and some are a little off)
The Regular Show (If you haven't bothered to give this a chance, you really should. The first episode when they were wrestling with a wrestling buddy blew my mind. If you know what i'm talking about, then hell yeah.)

- To many spin offs of Tenchi, After Tenchi Muyu GTO (iirc) It got kinda bleh but that's just me lol

yeah they played that dark tournament thing soooo many times.
but you wanna complain about reruns, honestly DBZ was the worst.
they'd play the season 2 times before they'd show a new episode. it got exhausting to watch.

Yeah I kinda gave up on DBZ "Next time on DBZ, Freeza powers up..." "next time... still powering up" "next time... almost there" " next time oh look they fighting" "next time... wait what Radits?"

DBZ Kai isn't to bad. about 3 sagas in about the time frame of one original.

how ever once again, As you said replay 2 sessions before a new ep comes out. my friend still watches every ep they play, rerun or not. with in a month i seen the sayin saga bout 4 times @_@

I had started drawing from regular cartoons when I was a kid but it was definitely Toonami that gave me a big push to get into it more, so thank you Toonami, I sincerely miss you!

I can't believe NONE of you mentioned Robotech! Too bad it was removed I think shortly after they removed Moltar...I remember it airing either right before or right after Sailor Moon and I think it was every other day...
