No, no, I don't mean Weapon Skills like Gekko or Jin, I mean Weapon Skills such as Headsman's Ring or Fortitude Torque. Clearly +skill > +accuracy.

My question is, is there a formula to figure out just how much more accuracy straight skill gives you? Or would it be similar to how +4 Dex = 3 accuracy?

Any help would be great~ I've been trying to figure it out, but I didn't know who to ask, so I figured, why not ask you guys and girls. :P

To put it simply, 1 Skill = 1 ACC and 1 Attack.
After 200 skill, 1 skill = .8 ACC and .8 Attack.

So in all reality, the fortitude torque is only better than PCC because it adds +att as well as +acc, it doesn't really give more +acc?

Fortitude Torque is infinitely better than PCC because ACC is barely useful at 75. ACC's usefulness drops exponentially with more base ACC and Attack's usefulness rises exponentially.

Skill also factors into WSs a lot and does more than just 1 Attack and 1 ACC per skill. It's higher up in the melee formula and more useful.
