Probably because most of the stuff purchased through xbox360 uses marketplace points whereas PC you purchase through SE. It might be possible that you buy xbox 360 version, get Content ID (expansion code) then try to get files through another user for PC.

Well, POL viewer has nothing to do with XBL, or the Marketplace. It'll be done through POL viewer, but I don't know if I can download it through POL...and do it again when it is needed on PC.

Very good point. The mage gear has mostly magic attributes to choose from.. etc.
I really like that first set (white) i hope thf gets to wear that. I love the cape thing. lol
As for attributes, haste and triple attack ftw!
It does say Added Effects, not Attributes. So, obviously you get a selection of existing effects. Top tier wishes for me would be: haste, -dmg%, enmity, auto-refresh. I would most def go for the Nuevo Coselete, I think it's a safe bet that a PLD can equip that piece (and hopefully DRG too).
