I got my first shiny a few days ago on X. was a female nidoran. I was like, wait why are all these males?.... OH SH- lol. cant wait for my puke green and salmon pink nidoqueen :D

They used Mega Kangaskan... Spammed Power-Up Pumch. 2x hits per round, 2x the attack up per round. Mean as heck

Have the shinies that have been found in wild been mostly females? Out of my 6 friends that preordered the game 4 of us have found natural shiny females, beginning to think its like that on purpose. x.x

for breeding purposes anyway male/female are functionally equivalent unless you need to pass some specific standard ability. having a female on a sausage fest ratio pokemon like eevee might save you a few egg cycles at best.
It should matter really only if you're going 6/6 which is actually detrimental for all but 3 of the 'vees.
Just in case anyone is disappointed by the ovary lockdown
