I would say sylveon. The speed ivs would be useless on an umbreon.
Unless you just want him for show, then its what colors do you favor visually :P
personally i favor umbreons black and yellow scheme over blue too :O

Got SUPER lucky with breeding Growlithes. Got one of the GTS with terrible stats female. Bred it with my Male Meowstic who has 5/6 perfect IVs. First egg they made was male with all 5/6 perfect IVs haha sooooooo happy.
Now this Tentacool breeding on the other hand... Have a 6/6 Male Clawitzer breeding with a 4/6 female Tentacool and so far after 40+ eggs they are all getting 3/6 IVs...
Still need to train up and evolve my Growlithe,Kadabra,Tentacool,Swinub, and my Gliscor

I have a bunch of 5/6 Eevee's(Wish) timid/bold with varying IV's and some 4/6 Mawiles and Phanpy's(Ice shard) if you want one for a trade, I know it's not much!

Anyone willing to do a new game (without saving obviously) and getting a Charmander in Pokemon X to trade the Charizardite X to me? If there's an item you want double of or something I can try to get you one of it. Or I got a shiny Dragonair/Relicanth? Obviously would be trading these over to your main file. :<
