What helps put you to sleep?

Knowing I could simply wake up and return to life as I pleased; yet have a utopia available on demand that slows the process of reality down, thus extending life and all the splendors therein subconsciously. Though it may not be real; your mind makes it real to no one but yourself.
Yeah I know what you mean, it would be nice. But I think one of the things you might realize after attaining some semblance of control over your dreams, is that the real world is better. Yes it's exciting going to sleep and enjoyable, but so is being awake, ya know~ And things like burnout, where you may just get sick of it (happens to everything imo)
Yeah, emulating life would certainly become droll over time after realizing how bleak your real life is once you've resorting to dreaming to gain your fulfillment.
I suppose dreams are made for making the impossible, possible as mentioned previously. Only there can I soar amongst the heavens, relive the past, etc. etc.

Can't fall asleep, but when you do its BOOM powered asleep. (If I'm analyzing correctly) In terms of pure sleep depth, I probably am a pretty heavy sleeper.. I'm usually exhausted by the time I go to bed.. I don't sleep real well through the night either, even on a good bed.. I roll and move around a lot, I also drink a lot while I'm sleeping (mouth gets really dry) I end up drinking 24 oz or more worth the ***through the night. There's also this annoying aspect I have where quite often I'll wake up just a little too much during one of my rolls or while drinking something and won't be able to get back to sleep, even if I've only been asleep for an hour or so.

Know what's odd? For what dreams I am able to remember, are in black and white, yet contain various elements or objects that retain their intended color. Perfect example would be like the movie Sin City.

Deep sleep doesn't have to be good sleep imo. When you wake up it's that really heavy sandy kind of feeling? I remember once like oh 2 years ago when I was in Chinese class at 7:30am, I slept really "heavily" (imo) and my mind was just ***. Like, I didn't even know my own name or birthday, it was weird. I remember asking myself, and being like "I have no idea..." I went home after class and went back to sleep, and woke up sore, but more "awake".

Sin City was a weird *** movie lol, of what I remember. I remember there was some cannibalism or something and it's just all kjskdgj to me. Didn't help that when I saw it I was like, 12 or 13.

It's disturbing and violent, but great in an overall aspect of gritty, dark, and corrupt city life, put together in various stories that often times run together simultaneously. It's definitely worth another viewing, especially if you saw it at such a young age.

My main source of entertainment is gone. Use to play till I crashed. Not having much luck with other games and movies right now either.
What is everyone's way of getting tired?
