What helps put you to sleep?
Couple shots of whiskey and an old episode of PFA do well for me. The background noise is nice, and getting exciting new info about the upcoming WotG expansion works wonders. My gf complains about "dorkradio" sometimes, but whatever...

I do end up being slightly awake though as a guy, even involuntarily just in case she wants to cuddle for awhile before dozing to emotionally satisfy too
had sex a couple times after kids passed out and before wife passed out obviously. It never makes me sleepy, kinda energizes me really. But then again I am always very awake. However, it does seem to make Angie pass out afterward.
Anyway, just not sure the overlay of MEN=sleep WOMAN=awake is true.
