Sex tends to make men sleep afterwards... unfortunately it wakes most women up, thats why some of us get annoyed with you. lol

I know OP most likely wants tips on getting tired enough for bed, but once you're in it, I read in a magazine (I think Men's Health) that wearing socks to bed helps you fall asleep faster. I think the reasoning was that uncovered feet require more blood being rushed to them, and they somehow linked consistent blood flow to falling asleep more easily. It could all just be a placebo, but it's worked for me over the past year...

Odd, for me I get more comfy in bed when my feet are uncovered. (Probably because I'm a freaking human furnace in bed)

What helps me to relax and get to sleep during the summer time is playing cricket song on low volume, really soothing. During the winter it's...well...actually I'm still working on that one. Damn winter. >_<

after sex I wanna watch tv. The only talkin that needs to happen is her asking me what I want to eat while she heads to the kitchen.

off-topic but last night i was in a half-sleep while dreaming and something happened in the dream that actually made me jump in bed

Alcohol, sleeping pills, having already been up for over 24 hours. Short of one of those three, nothing. I have severe insomnia.


I do ***in my sleep all the time.. A couple of weeks ago I ended up somehow lighting 2 cigarettes (at different times) out of a dead *** sleep. Each time it took me like a minute before I ever realized what I'd just done and put them out.

"Im trippin balls man!"

and half of the time when i try to go to sleep i lay in bed for 1-3 hours before falling asleep normally

and if it takes too long to fall asleep i take some theraflu

Things I've done in my sleep :

Walked into my parent's bedroom.

Eaten an apple.

Climbed over an obstacle course in my bedroom (there was a table blocking the entrance) to get to bed from the couch where I had fallen asleep.

Given my father mean looks.

Opened and closed the fridge.

Mumbled incoherently while I was walking.

Hugged my father.

Somehow ended up in bed with my brother's friend spooning me.

Somehow ended up in bed with my head at the end of the bed and my feet on the pillow.

Kicked people who were sleeping in the same bad as me.

Slapped people who were sleeping in the same bed as me.

Kneed people who were sleeping in the same bed as me.

Took my shoes and socks off and crawled into bed. (Again, when I had fallen asleep on the couch.

And I remember none of it, not a single thing. The only reason I know is because I either wake up that way, or people tell me what I did. I remember NOTHING!

<_<;; I had a friend sleeping in the same bed as me one night, the next morning this is what he told me:

"Last night I was dead asleep, and then my nuts started hurting really bad, I screamed out "Oww something bit me" I looked down and your foot was lodged right up against my nuts, I slapped the ***out of you, and you just rolled over."

To top it off, I have very strong legs because I spent most of my time riding bikes from about age 5 to 13.

I don't actually sleep walk, but I will do lots of ***in my sleep, including talking in complete sentences, or so my wife tells me.. She also says that I've humped her in my sleep.. (lol)

Hell, you need to strap me down when I'm asleep just to keep me in the same room all night. I've even gone to the bathroom (no, only pee) in my sleep. I know because I'm the only one who uses my toilet. I have to say though, I have better aim and etiquette when I'm sleeping cuz I never leave a mess and I always put the seat back down. -_-;
