how do you know the God they're praying to is the one responsible? Just let it go.. It's KFH, no good can come of questioning him... Just nod in agreement and move on.

Don't bite, it's just KFH. If you must argue it with him, take it outside this thread and elsewhere.

Wow... That's still getting off pretty easily.. There could be 3 foot of water pouring into that crack, and filling the rest of the street. Or a huge fiery mushroom cloud (can't really describe it)
idkw but i'd love to see that irl
I'd be amazed then run like hell.
Besides, I remember few years ago hearing that Japan was due for a Kobe-scale earthquake.
This was during the same time where I heard that the super volcano in Yellowstone Park is due for an eruption soon.
2012 anyone?

@BBCBreaking via Twitter said: 2059 GMT: The tsunami is still fanning out across the Pacific Ocean and is due to hit the Chilean territory of Easter Island within the next few hours. The BBC's Gideon Long in Santiago says the authorities on Easter Island have already started evacuating people from the coast to the airport, which is 45m above sea level and should provide a safe haven. All civilian flights to the island have been cancelled. The tsunami is expected to hit at just before 1800 local time (2300 GMT), having travelled 14,000km across the ocean.

Overdue actually.. They happen about every 590-600 thousand years. It's now been 650 thousand or so.
It's amazing to me that a Tsunami can travel so far and still have any force left..
EDITED to correct the years <_<

@BBCBreaking via Twitter said: 2101 GMT: Our correspondent adds: "From there, the waves will roll on towards the Chilean coast, making landfall at about midnight local time (0300 GMT on Saturday). Some patients have been moved from low-lying hospitals and there are plans to evacuate thousands of people from the coast if necessary. The waves should have lost much of their intensity by the time they reach Chile - one expert has predicted they will be no more than 1m higher than normal. But with memories of last year's devastating earthquake and tsunamis still fresh in Chilean minds, the authorities are erring on the side of caution."

@BBCBreaking via Twitter said: 2107 GMT: The tsunami swept out to sea at least five people watching the waves from the US West Coast. Four people were later rescued from the water off the coast of Oregon, but one man is still missing off northern California. The tsunami shook loose boats in that were not moved in time and tore apart wooden docks in at least two California harbours.

Yesterday, in my History of Russia class, our teacher informed us on the 3 main keys that forsee a revolt:
Alienation of the Intellectuals (aka Losing support of the Intellectual class)
Wide-spread socioeconomic unrest (people not satisfied with current living, general throughout society)
and
Disorganization within the ruling circles (party can't agree unanimously to suppress the revolts)

Considering Japan's wealth, that might not even happen, but, if it does, I will be too.
