Btw on a note about the duoing people.
Kahiri and I like to duo stuff sometimes as MNK + WHM. We always claim during blunt mainly because of blue proc. The only issue I have had with duoing is people needing an atma on something we are killing and bringing NOTHING they can proc red with. Ty will find out red is something we can't do and yet they keep harassing us to let them join for atma. When we kill it, they get pissy at us saying we are mean etc. /sigh

Fayt finished Amano yeah and I think he has Masa too. You should send him a congratulatory tell! He is one of the rare few SAMs who would put it to good use. I remember once levelling RNG and seeing 200 kaitens on birds from this one SAM. A frickin' 68 war leech was out DDing him =/

Lol spent 2 weeks ago in Tahrongi spamming Glavoid. Most of the time was just frickin KI farming because Tahrongi decided we should just keep getting only ONE KI when we tried gold farming. So we went sod it and went killing the NMs proc'ing red ourselves.
After we done with Vunk, its back there just for Chloris. Super fun times had by all~

We do Fell Cleave burns with capped lights to nab KIs, and usually get anywhere from 2~3 Chloris sets per run. Unfortunately we're limited to starting late and only actually farming them once per week.
If we're lucky in addition to that we might get pop items for the four NMs for Chloris, where it's easy enough for me to go and dualbox them down for additional key items.
The plan right now is finish up all of our 80 Empyreans--so we'll be in Tahrongi for Glavoid too.
Maybe I'll call in sick or claim I have been possessed/kidnapped during our Chloris period D:

We've always shot for atleast 85 so that weapon can help us along as we go since the 80's are just decorations, granted in the case of glavoid and chloris, it's best to do them at the same time.
