Oh man I got this extra thick cut bacon this weekend at the store, it was called "bacon steak." Ii ended up throwing it on the grill with some applewood rub at about 200 degrees with some pecan wood smoke chips. Top it off with a glaze off BBQ sauce. The Bacon gods were smiling.
