I think they are neat, but I still don't get why they have to be "retro-ponies", in the sense that there is still only one point of articulation on these (the neck.) :p When I was little, that's the extent of playing with them--brushing their hair and turning their heads a little, mostly due to that fact. LOL

But the new show is all about action and adventures...you'd think they'd at least try to design them for a market beyond the "nostalgia" value (i.e. to parents and not to the kids) and give them a few articulated joints on their legs or something so kids could have more fun with them and not just put them on a shelf. ;_;
