I am currently doing a trial that requires any monster be killed during rainy weather. Anyone have any suggestions as to a locale where there is a lot of rain weather and EP+ mobs? Thanks in advance.

Believe it or not, but my experience Ifrit's Cauldron rained a ton. Was probably seasonal didn't notice. GL
