Damn, we all lose an hour of sleep. Oh well, the extra sunshine will be welcomed, that's for sure. Thanks for the reminder!
Need more Cowbell, less sunshine.
I work overnights. Lost an hour of pay, which is bad. But I gain an extra hour of play time this morning, which is good. ^.^
gotta go to work an hour early fail boat ;_;
heh, I get an extra hour of sleep ^^
i fail to see how we gain an extra hour of anything. If you sleep from 6am to 4pm, u still get same amount of sleep as 7-5pm. If sun rises as 8am and sets at 7pm, same amount of sun as 9am to 8pm. Companies have support this b/c it gives them more revenue. It's bad for our health, and countries have been stopped doing this all around the world for the last 10 years or so.

actually mostly no one else has even done it in the first place. U.S. are the only moron to have to be "diffrerent". Same with the units of measurement.
Thank you very much @.@ Because I totaly Forgot and was freaking out at all the different times XD
daylights savings time was made for farmers, not to be different.
it would b nice if it stopped though... Garuda.Littledarc

daylights saving wasnt made for farmers....it actually causes problems for them.
it was first made to reduce evening usage of electricity. annnnnd the US isn't the only country to use daylight savings time. a list of countries just cause i can: * Canary Islands * Egypt * Mauritius (may not continue using) * Morocco * Namibia * Tunisia * Iran * Israel * Jordan * Lebanon * Pakistan * Syria * Australia * New Zealand * All of Europe (some exceptions) * United States (some exceptions) * Canada (some exceptions) * Greenland * Cuba * Argentina (some exceptions) * Brazil (some exceptions) * Chile * Falkland Islands * Paraguay * Uruguay i may have missed a few, but the point is the US is not the only country to use DST. this list is a list of countries that currently use DST. MANY MANY other countries have tried it, some kept it, some did not. heck, some even kept DST permanently year round. foot in mouth Uchisokonau? Interesting Wikipedia article on it. I never knew it was so controversial (or such an old concept) ^^

Haha, sounds like something you'd get from one of those expensive BlackBerry phones. Not all states participate in daylight savings time. i think but not sure Arizona doesn't participate. Cause I was going to the university of pheonix based in arizona and they gave me a huge email about the daylight savings time so i had to turn in homework at a different time.

It's a VX6800 PDA phone, all fancy schmancy with full qwerty keypad and touch screen and built in wifi...but the stupid thing doesn't understand daylight savings; discovered that last spring >.< I got it for my old job, used to get emails CONSTANTLY and had to address a lot of stuff when I wasn't at work and schedule meetings and such...now that I no longer work there, I use like 1/10th of the functionality, so its a big waste lol Garuda.Littledarc

AZ doesn't, but the reservations in AZ do. |
