I had much better luck with Mee Deggi than i did Quu Domi.
I was 1/8 on Mee Deggi while it took me about 3x as many claims to get the Sarutobi Kyahan to drop, 1/24.
But i believe this is because the drop rate for the Strider Sword compared to the Kyahan in comparison to the difference between the Impact Knuckles and the O-kote are just slightly lower.. meaning usually the Kyahan are generally the much harder to obtain out of the two.
Just my experience.

seriously why do ppl want to camp him when you can just farm the gil for the non rare/ex version, do a few ksnm or bsnm i'm 0/10 on the kote nm and i already farmed and made enough gil to just buy the non rare/ex version. I would only camp him if no one else was there just to avoid the stress of someone claiming it before me Q.Q and the fuma never seemed that appealing to me D:

I feel sorry for people who are like 30+ on it. That is one of the worst NMs I've had to camp.

I was 1/3 on Ochimusha Kote. Went 0/5 on Sarutobi Kyahan, and still don't have them. Truth is, 3% Haste at that level is completely useless for anything besides NIN, and even then, it's just barely useful. Haste is pointless unless stacked.
My NIN, SAM, and MNK are all 66+, so even if I did want to get them, I wouldn't bother because I wouldn't use them, even for sync'd fights or whatever.
Anyway, hope that persuades you to stop wasting your time.
