Anchovies taste good though, and plenty of sauces contain anchovie paste :o

I know this is going way out there but most places like Connie's pizza uses a sauce brand '7 - 11' style. It's the ratio of tomatoes to water. You remind me of my friend in Texas. He was born out in New York, teens years in Chicago and now in Texas. Both himself and his father are avid pizza makers, even installed a brick oven outside to get the heat to make a true New York style pizza. He also went through culinary school to learn the business but he always throws out ideas on how famous places make their pizza. |
