All my friends where Asian growing up and still are for the most part. So I know some of the strangest food to us western folks. It's culture shock to say the least whenever they made traditional foods.

Meh balls are nothing too shocking honestly. They have a mild cream texture to them. I am a huge foodie. I don't turn down anything unless I am flat out allergic to it.

-Edit I love Ashens soo much. I've seen all his videos. I think my fave will be the old pcp stations.

Had 'em a couple times as a kid. They were called sweetbread where we got them from, though. Nothin' special, IMO. :/

sweetbread is a totally different organ, to the best of my knowledge.
