Re: Wrists, I had that problem when I first started playing the drums back at school. The thing is your muscles will gradually get used to the repetitive strain they're being put under doing just about anything, the key being not to rest them but actually keep exercising them.

So basically, stopping using those muscles that are hurting is probably the last thing you should do if you want to be able to use them for your intended purpose.

Tried hard not to riddle my post with innuendo, hope I succeeded.
