Google says you should report it immediately if you feel the person is in danger :0 Otherwise it depends on the state I guess? 24-48 hours or something but it's probably best to report someone missing right away if you feel something is actually wrong. If they then show up then no real harm was done anyway.

Bleh, sister went out early yesterday, about 9 am, she has not come back, nor phoned... granted, she does not have a cellphone for some time.
Parents are super worried she didn't come to sleep last night, and not bother to report in, but this isn't the 1st time she has done this >_> (last time she did have a phone tho)

:-( That's worrisome. I'd try calling her phone, calling her friends, or checking around the places you thought she might be going.

It sounds like your parents need to lay down the rules. If she's going to stay in your house, she has a bit of obligation to inform you guys what's going on.

I hope she's alright, but knowing how my sister was, I'd try not to worry too much about it. Had a ton of false alarms like that with her.

her friends? she doesn't have many and the few she has, she doesn't bring them home, much less share information or contact about them...
she is really
